Aminur Rahman an MBA Graduate from Melbourne Business School, University of Melbourne joins the Technical Higher Institute for Engineering and Petroleum to Head the Vocational Programs of the institute and share his wide experience and technical knowledge in managing vocational training institute. His expertise covers the following area:
Vocational Training Institute Management, Start-Up, TVET training and Trainer Management, Opening new Consular/Trade Promotion Organisation (TPO) offices in international markets, Trade and Investment Market Development Strategies, Market Research/Development, Services and Product Management, Export and Investment Business Plans, Service Business Process Reengineering, CRM, Partnership Development, Strategic Planning, Project and Event Management and Training and Skills Development, including being a certified Australian Vocational Trainer.
His accomplishment includes Establishing and overall management of the Leighton Trade Skills Training Institute in Gurgaon, India and NSH Training Centre in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, Consul-General and Trade Commissioner for South India, Australian Trade Commission. Senior Trade Commissioner Cairo, Egypt and Acting Consul-General Tripoli, Libya, Operations Development Manager for the Middle East, South Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa, Represented the Middle East and Sub-Saharan team for the development of an in-house CRM system to significantly enhance information sharing between over 100 offices around the world.
He is also expert in the following fields: Vocational Training and Skills Development, International Market Development and also in Operations.
